Job Description Buffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing team!

Responsibilities:

Answering inbound customer service requests via phone Assisting customers with pickups, general inquiries Escalating calls needing more attention Providing prompt, courteous, and efficient routing where necessary

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required Minimum two years of customer success/customer retention experience required Mastery level written and spoken communication, through use of word-processing programs, creating spreadsheets, writing email, and speaking on the phone Reliable, hardworking, and motivated This is an onsite role. Our offices are located at 17 Court Street, Buffalo, NY. The hours for this position are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

$25/hour
