The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is hiring a part -time Player Services Representative to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. As a Guest Experience Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with all player rewards transactions. What will you do? Enroll guests in the player tracking system, manage accurate data entry, and maintain confidentiality of all guest records and Player Rewards activities Deliver exceptional guest service, including answering questions promptly, explaining games, contests, and Player's Club benefits, and assisting with promotions and giveaways. Support marketing initiatives by helping implement on-site promotions, contests, and giveaways to enhance guest engagement. Resolve guest concerns effectively , demonstrating strong listening skills and the ability to defuse difficult situations while preserving goodwill. Foster positive relationships with guests, team members, and supervisors by modeling professional behavior and mutual respect in all interactions More about you High school diploma or GED required Strong written and verbal communication skills Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred Intermediate computer skills preferred Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming Commission license Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Shift details M-F Weekends 8hr shift Evenings Who we are Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack, owned and operated by Delaware North, features more than 1,500 video gaming machines and brings the thrill of live thoroughbred racing from April to November and year-round simulcast wagering on thoroughbred and harness racing from across the country.
