Job Description

Apply Description Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a positive and professional manner at all times Provide exceptional customer service and ensure general knowledge of mountain operations to best assist customers with questions/issues Guide guests to the appropriate products based on their needs Keep a neat and clean workstation Assist with other duties of Guest Services as requested

Requirements Qualifications:

18 years of age or older and prior work experience Prior customer service and cash handling experience preferred Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy with cash handling Ability to be cross trained with the Guest Services position

Hours:

Hours of employment are dependent on business demands Must have weekend availability and flexible weekday and evening availability

Starting Rate:

$16.00/hr. Salary Description $16.00/Hr.
