Summer Seasonal (Late June to Late August) The Glimmerglass Festival seeks Patron Services Staff for its 2026 Season. Patron Services Staff work as members of the Operations team and report to the Director of Operations and House Manager. The primary responsibilities of this position include providing excellent customer service while supporting patron transportation, event operations, and guest experience throughout the festival. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting patrons with transportation needs, offering directions and event information, supporting front-of-house operations, and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for all guests. Staff may also assist with general event support tasks as needed. Successful candidates will be friendly, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. A clean driver's license is helpful for this role. This position runs from late June through late August 2026. Compensation starts at $16.00/hour, with eligibility for overtime. The position requires standing, walking, and bending for the duration of shifts. Candidates must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
