•5:00 PM Job Overview We are seeking a customer-focused Property & Casualty Insurance Specialist to join a growing insurance team in Fishkill, NY. This role supports both new and existing personal lines clients by providing exceptional service, processing policy changes, quoting new business, and helping maintain long-term client relationships. Property & Casualty Insurance Specialist Responsibilities:

Service personal lines insurance accounts and assist clients with coverage needs Respond to calls, emails, and in-office inquiries regarding policy changes, renewals, and new insurance requests Prepare quotes for new business and assist with policy reviews Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and account updates Educate clients on coverage options, policy changes, exclusions, and potential exposures Remarket accounts when appropriate to provide competitive coverage solutions Maintain accurate client records and document all communications Build client relationships and assist with retention efforts Generate referrals and support new business development initiatives Collaborate with carriers, producers, and agency staff to provide excellent customer service Qualifications & Experience Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred Candidates without a license will be considered if they have 1-3 years of insurance industry experience and are willing to obtain their license Previous experience in personal lines insurance, insurance customer service, account management, or agency support preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management software Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required Why Join This Opportunity?
