Salary Range:

Proficiency with standard office software and comfortable learning new systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients, offering friendly and efficient assistance. Respond to customer inquiries regarding policies, billing, and general insurance questions. Assist policyholders with making changes to their accounts and processing necessary paperwork. Provide clear explanations of insurance coverage and policy details. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth client experience from start to finish.
