Experience Required:

Minimum 2 Years Bobby Q's is looking for an experienced Cashier/Server who is dependable, professional, personable, and—most importantly—has good common sense. This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for someone who already understands restaurant service and can come in ready to work with limited supervision. What we're looking for The right candidate: Has at least 2 years of restaurant cashier/server experience Is dependable and shows up on time for every scheduled shift Has strong common sense and can make good decisions without needing constant direction Is comfortable handling customers, cash, credit-card transactions and POS systems Can take accurate dine-in, takeout and delivery orders Can manage several customers/orders at once without becoming overwhelmed Checks orders for accuracy before they leave the restaurant Keeps the front counter, dining area and workstations clean and organized Communicates professionally with customers, cooks and other employees Understands that when the restaurant gets busy, everyone helps Can handle customer concerns calmly and professionally Is comfortable answering phones and assisting with online/delivery orders Takes initiative—if something needs to be cleaned, stocked, checked or handled, you don't wait to be told Is looking for a real, consistent job , not just a temporary position until something else comes along Before you apply Please apply only if you have at least 2 years of relevant restaurant experience and can provide a consistent work schedule . We are looking for someone who wants to become a reliable part of our team , treats customers well, takes pride in their work and understands that professionalism, attendance and common sense matter just as much as restaurant experience.
