The Client Support Specialist (CSS) is an entry?level role designed to give you a strong foundation in our business. You'll gain hands?on experience supporting our clients, account managers, and partners while learning how our operations function end?to?end. The CSS plays a key role in ensuring smooth pre?sales and post?sales processes. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage customer information, track opportunities, and support the overall success of each account. Your work helps account managers maintain and grow their business while ensuring clients receive timely, accurate renewals support. Responsibilities Track and manage opportunities from initial creation through procurement in a timely and organized manner Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, manufacturers, and distributors Develop an understanding of the sales cycle, quoting process, pricing strategy, and renewals business Collaborate with internal departments to support account and client needs Use HubSpot CRM to input data, track opportunities, and generate reports Coordinate internal and external meetings to advance opportunities Submit and monitor deal registrations Partner with internal and external teams to build, price, and deliver accurate quotes Communicate relevant product updates, partnership changes, and promotions to internal teams and clients Candidate Qualifications Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships across teams and with clients Experience with pricing, quoting, or customer service a plus Proficiency in HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and Point A quarterly bonus is available-hard work and strong performance are recognized and rewarded.
