1+ years of Service Advisor experience required Experience with BMW preferred Experience with DMS systems preferred

More Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Automotive service advising Talking to clients and processing requests, producing quotes and checking inventory Responsible for the entire customer service experience from the service drive until vehicle is turned back over to the customer Schedule new and follow-up appointments Effectively communicate to the customer the timeline of repair and maintenance Document repair and maintenance changes on repair order in the approved manner Resolve customer complaints and questions Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clientele Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
