Service Advisor Requirements:

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Manages the Service Department's flow and production by scheduling shop work as efficiently as possible in accordance with dealership's policies and practices Manages new and used car service, along with communication between the advisors and technicians Ensures timely estimates are made and repair orders are written accurately Reviews hard copy repair orders turned in by technicians to confirm work has been completed properly Guarantees all repair orders are accounted for and closed when work is completed Coordinates parts requirements with Parts Department Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
