Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated CSR/Payment Processing Specialist on behalf of our great client. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer payments and ensuring document compliance within a fast-paced environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer payments accurately and in a timely manner with regards to customer specific requirements. Ensure compliance with document requirements for contractors. Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain efficient workflow. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Communicate professionally and effectively via Microsoft Teams/Outlook. Maintain a very-high level of attention to detail in all tasks. Have a strong ability to perform customer service in an environment that gets a lot of phone calls.
Qualifications:
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. A test may be requested. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented work environment. Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
Schedule:
Full-time position, Monday through Friday. Option for two days with extended hours, with pay differential.
Salary:
Compensation starts at $20/hr, commensurate with experience.
