Responsibilities Handle high volumes of leads from both our Audi and Ford dealerships in Great Neck. Connect with potential clients, follow up, and help turn inquiries into satisfied customers. Utilize VIN Solutions CRM to track, manage, and grow your pipeline. Bonus points if you know your way around AutoAlert or automotive Mastermind. Work closely with our sales and service teams to drive results and exceed goals. Audi Service to Sales Reach out Opportunities within the CRM. Qualifications Customer Service Experience Experience with VIN Solutions CRM valued highly Experience with Auto Alert Experience working in a dealership This Job requires Sunday working shifts BDC experience preferred
