Job Description

We are a sales and business consulting firm representing AT&T, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized, in-person service. Our Melville office is seeking a Customer Enrollment Representative who excels at building relationships, providing solutions, and creating a positive in-store experience for every customer. In this role, the Customer Enrollment Representative will work directly with customers in a retail environment, guiding them through AT&T's latest 5G devices, wearables, and service plans. You will ensure each customer leaves informed, confident, and fully connected with solutions that meet their individual needs.
Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:
Provide in-person support to customers, identifying needs and recommending appropriate AT&T products and services Demonstrate the features and benefits of smartphones, devices, and plans in a clear and engaging manner Assist with device upgrades, activations, and data transfers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience Educate customers on plan options, including unlimited data, hotspot capabilities, streaming, and international features Recommend solutions that deliver the best overall value for individuals and families Deliver a high-quality customer experience that encourages customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals
Customer Enrollment Representative Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a client-facing role is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple customer interactions effectively Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience
