Job Description

Actively Hiring Inside Sales/Customer Service Jamestown, NY • Full Time •
Pay Range:
$45,000 - $75,000 per year This role supports customer communication, quoting, and order coordination across a wide mix of products and services. We are always open to strong candidates who can build trust with customers and keep details moving accurately. Responsibilities Respond to inquiries and guide customers to the right products and solutions. Prepare quotes, enter order details, and coordinate schedules with production. Maintain clear communication on approvals, updates, and delivery timing. Support payment processing and customer record accuracy. Contribute to repeat business through dependable, consultative service. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication with a professional tone. High attention to detail across quoting, order entry, and follow-up. Ability to juggle multiple customer conversations and deadlines. Basic office/computer skills and comfort learning internal systems. Print, apparel, or promotional product familiarity is a plus.
