What You'll Do Dispatch shipments to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining cost targets Communicate with clients by phone and email while building strong, lasting relationships Schedule pickups and deliveries while optimizing cost and timing Adjust pricing quotes based on cost and location Process orders for product transfers and customer orders Coordinate domestic and international freight shipments Prepare export documentation Review and approve freight invoices Maintain a high standard of ethics, professionalism, and integrity Develop a strong understanding of the transportation industry and customer needs Work collaboratively with team members to ensure shipments are handled accurately and efficiently What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress Interest in or experience with transportation, logistics, or a related field preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively with others Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work an evening shift Why This Is a Great Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop hands-on experience in logistics and transportation.
