• Help clients understand their insurance needs in a clear, friendly way.
• Answer questions by phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare accurate notes and follow‑up communication.
• Use computer systems to complete policy updates and changes.
• Work with teammates to ensure clients receive consistent, reliable support.
• Learn insurance rules and workflows through our structured training program. What You Can Expect

• Experience helping clients in a professional or office setting.
• Good computer and typing skills; comfortable learning new programs.
• Strong writing and communication abilities.
• Someone organized, dependable, and ready to learn.
• Interest in building a long‑term career in insurance.
