Job Description

Overview We are a growing insurance brokerage looking for a motivated, energetic person who isn't afraid of the phone. Our business depends on reaching as many potential clients as possible, building trust quickly, and helping people understand why choosing us is the smart move. If you're confident, friendly, and persuasive, you'll thrive here. Duties Make high‑volume outbound calls to potential clients Follow up with warm leads and past inquiries Explain our insurance services in a clear, friendly way Build rapport and help clients feel comfortable choosing us Set appointments and transfer interested clients to licensed agents Keep simple notes on calls and conversations Requirements Someone who loves talking to people Comfortable making many calls per day Confident, positive, and persuasive Reliable and organized Experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is a plus — but not required

From $20.00 per hour
