2997292626-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Marshall & Sterling Inc is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support commercial lines clients in our finance and insurance practice. You will manage policy servicing, process renewals, certificates, endorsements, and billing inquiries while ensuring timely, accurate responses. Partner with producers and carriers to resolve coverage questions and support remarketing and account reviews. You'll educate clients on policy changes, maintain detailed account documentation in agency systems, and uphold compliance standards while delivering high-touch service aligned with our integrity- and community-focused culture. Responsibilities Serve as primary day-to-day contact for commercial lines clients Process policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and certificates of insurance Handle billing questions, audit issues, and basic claims coordination Collaborate with producers and carriers to resolve coverage and service issues Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems Prepare proposals, summaries of insurance, and policy comparisons Assist with remarketing and account review preparation Ensure adherence to regulatory and carrier compliance requirements Educate clients on policy changes, coverage options, and risk management best practices Support a culture of integrity, collaboration, and community involvement Required Skills Commercial insurance knowledge Property & casualty coverage analysis Policy administration Insurance certificate processing Endorsement and renewal processing CRM/Agency management systems (e.g., EPIC, AMS) Billing and reconciliation Data entry and documentation Regulatory and compliance understanding Client communication and support
