Customer Service Representative

Are you a clerk or on the line at some fast food joint? Do you love social media, spend time online, understand that YouTube is actually kinda the biggest search engine ever? You don't mind working a bit hard but is your talent wasted as a simple receptionist who isn't noticed and can't get the flexible hours you need? Entry level is what you need right now, an hourly pay you can rely on. Commission selling knives or whatever stinks. Hmmm...but...Eventually you want a career and you know there is no future in what you are doing. North East Ford has the answer, we are seeking a marketing and communication customer service representative. Your objective will be to support service and sales operations by intensely engaging in customer relationship building, and assist in execution of digital and ground campaigns. Social media communications including but not limited to: Facebook- including marketplace Craig's list Youtube- posting videos eBay Instagram. Various others Ground Campaign You will be required to complete some driving tasks, for example; driving a customer home, transporting a vehicle, etc During such trips, on the way back, you will have the opportunity to complete our business to business stops where you will communicate messages/drop off literature. When asked questions you simply get your manager on the phone with the client. Technology specialist The person we are looking for loves technology so This is the fun part for them. We will pay you to train. Learn about Fords technology and keep up to date. Applicant will assist customers in understanding how to use that technology. Great Reviews come from that person who is scared of tech and you show how easy it is! Online reputation monitoring People think this just means answering upset customers, we go further what about posting great reviews for all the businesses who do business with us. Their success is our success. Reputation is just that building a brand that people like, not just diffusing someone whose upset. Sometimes reputation management is going on to our followers posts and liking them. This takes time and you can make that difference doing what you love. Won't always be all fun and posting. When it snows we all go outside and clean the vehicles. The owner does and so do you. So there will be some tough stuff too. The key is that you won't be a robot doing the same thing all day everyday. Lots more.......the point is you need to be keeping your mind moving, have the opportunity to advance if you want to,and most importantly stop wasting your time. This position requires a friendly and outgoing individual as there is constant contact with customers both in person and on the phone. Good phone, customer service skills and ability to multi-task a must. Applicants must meet the following qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age Have a clean driving record. Drug free, responsible candidates only. Provide superior customer service at all times. Be able to work in all weather conditions. Be dependable and show up for scheduled shifts on time. $16/hr plus weekly bonuses
