We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Insurance agent to join our growing agency in Newburgh, New York. Whether you are already licensed or willing to obtain an Property and Casualty Insurance license after hiring, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in selecting insurance products that best meet their needs
  • Educate customers on coverage options and policy benefits
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
  • Prepare insurance quotes and complete policy applications
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns
  • Assist clients with billing inquiries and basic claims support
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Meet individual and agency sales goals
  • Build long term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up
Qualifications:
  • Must be bilingual
  • Current Property and Casualty license or willingness to become licensed after hire
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • 3-5 years of Insurance experience
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Self motivated with a positive attitude
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay:
$23.00
  • $27.
00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
