  • Required Education:
  • High School Diploma or EquivalentRequired Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:
  • Previous customer service, administrative, or clerical experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning specialized systems
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and established guidelines
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain patient and courteous while working with a high volume of customers
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent service and accuracy
Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide professional, courteous assistance
  • Review customer paperwork for completeness and accuracy
  • Manage customers through the designated queuing system
  • Conduct and grade vision tests according to established procedures
  • Accurately enter passing vision test results into the computer system
  • Assist customers with self-service kiosks
  • Take photographs for driver's licenses and other required identification
  • Proctor tests and ensure established testing procedures are followed
  • Follow all applicable procedures for handling customer information and documentation
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment while assisting customers throughout the day
