We are looking for a full time, Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are a 2.5 doctor practice serving our community with their companion animal needs. We provide compassionate, high-quality care and our dedicated team is here to help with on-the-job training. Our CSRs schedule appointments, check clients and pets in and out of appointments, manage phone calls, relay messages between clients and the professional team and process payments as well as maintain health records.

Requirements:

Reliable attendance and punctuality a MUST Must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Have excellent communication skills to be able to handle emotionally charged situations including crisis and conflict resolution situations Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Computer/technology skills Veterinary knowledge/experience preferred, but not required Growth mindset and self motivated Able to stand for extended periods of time Able to lift 25 lbs
