Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring clear communication and positive interactions. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks to process data entry, generate reports, and maintain accurate records. Support office management tasks including scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining spreadsheets for tracking customer interactions and service requests. Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, directing calls, and managing incoming correspondence with professionalism. Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, updating client information, and supporting administrative projects to enhance office productivity. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations, demonstrating strong organizational skills and time management. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with strong computer literacy and technical proficiency. Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is highly desirable for managing financial records. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone conversations confidently and courteously; bilingual abilities are a plus. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment. Prior clerical or administrative experience, including data entry, proofreading, and document management. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations to ensure seamless client interactions.
