Receptionist (Customer Service Representative)

Our Client Service Representatives are the heart of our front desk operations - creating positive experiences for clients while helping keep our hospital running smoothly and efficiently. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team!

Position Details Pay:

$21-$24/hour based on experience

Schedule:

Four 10-hour shifts per week with a rotating schedule Full-time position Responsibilities Responsibilities may include: Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Answering multi-line phones and directing calls appropriately Scheduling appointments and managing patient records Checking clients in and out for appointments Processing payments and handling financial transactions Communicating clearly with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff Assisting clients with prescription and online pharmacy requests Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation Helping create a welcoming and compassionate environment for clients and patients alike What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who: Has excellent customer service and communication skills Is comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Works well independently and as part of a team Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills Is compassionate, professional, and dependable Veterinary or medical office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
