Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repairs. Your energetic approach will ensure a positive experience by accurately assessing customer needs, providing clear explanations of services, and coordinating with technicians to deliver exceptional automotive care. Your ability to communicate effectively, upsell services, and manage service writing will drive customer satisfaction and dealership success. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and professionally, establishing rapport and understanding their vehicle concerns Prepare detailed service estimates Clearly communicate repair recommendations to customers, explaining technical issues in an understandable manner Upsell additional services and maintenance options to enhance vehicle performance and safety while ensuring customer needs are met Coordinate with service technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work Manage service writing duties accurately, including cash handling and documentation of all transactions Maintain client communication throughout the repair process, providing updates and answering questions promptly Experience Experience as a Service Advisor preferred but will train Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience as a mechanic or service technician preferred Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, transmissions, oil changes, tire services, suspension systems, brakes, alignments, shocks & struts, etc Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Experience in upselling services while maintaining integrity and customer trust Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; driving experience is essential Be part of an energetic environment where your automotive expertise makes a real difference!
