We're currently hiring AT&T Customer Service Representative to represent AT&T products and services in residential communities and at promotional events. This is an entry-level, customer-facing position with paid training, ongoing mentorship, and clear opportunities for advancement. We look for communication skills, confidence, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude more than previous telecommunications or sales experience.

Responsibilities For The AT&T Customer Service Representative:

Represent the AT&T brand professionally in residential communities and at promotional events Engage with prospective customers through face-to-face interactions Educate customers about AT&T products, services, and current promotions Recommend wireless and internet solutions based on customer needs Complete customer enrollments and account activations Meet individual and team sales goals Build positive customer relationships through exceptional service Attend daily team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities Maintain product knowledge and stay current on promotions

Qualifications For The AT&T Customer Service Representative:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor Comfortable initiating conversations with new people Self-motivated with a competitive mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation preferred Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required Ideal Candidate We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and are excited about building a long-term career.
