Description We're looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Delivery Coordinator & Customer Service Representative to help ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule deliveries efficiently. Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal staff. Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and text. Track deliveries and resolve scheduling issues. Process orders and maintain accurate records. Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly. Assist with delivery , tracking of online orders . Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service, dispatch, or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
