What You'll Do You'll be one of the first people our Service customers meet when they arrive at Apple Honda. You'll help keep the department moving and make sure customers know where to go and what happens next. Your responsibilities will include greeting and directing customers, helping coordinate Service traffic, assisting with loaner vehicles, answering occasional telephone calls, helping with cashiering and administrative duties, and supporting the Service team wherever needed. You'll be on your feet, interacting with customers and coworkers, and learning how a busy automotive Service Department operates. A successful person could progress from this entry-level position into additional customer service and administrative responsibilities, and potentially into positions such as Service Assistant or Service Advisor as skills, experience and opportunities develop. We're looking for someone who wants to learn a business—not simply fill a shift. Schedule & Benefits This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position , including every Saturday .
