Customer Service Representative

Description Hannah Savage with Robert Half is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support business-to-business order processing operations for a manufacturing organization in Rochester, New York. • Serve as the primary point of contact for store locations and sales representatives, providing timely support for order-related questions and requests.

• Prepare and distribute order requests to the appropriate internal teams to keep fulfillment activities moving forward.
• Review submitted orders to confirm completeness, correct information, and compliance with established procedures.
• Monitor order records and follow up on discrepancies or missing details to help prevent processing delays.

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support.
• Ability to work effectively in a business-to-business service environment rather than direct consumer support.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with stores, sales representatives, and internal teams.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
