You'll be: Managing all sales contacts via phone and email, including orders, quotations, expediting, and inquiries Providing direct support between customers and the Production team Interacting with Account Managers, Logistics, and Quality teams regarding production needs Expediting orders and quoting pricing to customers using company formulas Reviewing and coordinating updates to sales orders and implementing changes as needed Investigating and responding professionally to customer questions about shipments, product issues, or paperwork inconsistencies Navigating ERP and CRM systems for order processing, product quotes, and customer information management Printing forms and assembling sales order packets Generating customer and sales-related reports as requested Ensuring compliance with company sales/marketing and import/export policies Performing other duties as assigned This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School diploma or GED with two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (required) Can effectively manage a high volume of emails and multitask in a fast-paced environment Possess strong communication, organizational, and math skills Are proficient in computer systems, including ERP and CRM Demonstrate adaptability and attention to detail What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
