Customer Service Representative

Job Summary :

The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact between customers and internal departments, ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email Provide product information, pricing, and leadtime details Manage and prioritize expedite requests through effective coordination with production and scheduling Enter customer quotes and orders into the ERP system accurately Review purchase orders for accuracy Follow up on outstanding quotes and customer requests Coordinate with production and shipping to resolve issues Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Support general customer service and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in manufacturing, customer service, or order entry preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working with ERPs or order management systems Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments as well as autonomously Physical Demand Sitting, twisting, reaching in front of you at shoulder level, use of head in a static position and use of both hands for fine finger dexterity and to grasp frequently Standing and walking occasionally Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Varflex Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
