Client Experience and Wellness Specialist ( evening shift) About SweatHouz SweatHouz (SWTHZ) is a boutique wellness company focused on accelerating the adoption of deliberate exposure to heat and cold globally ("contrast therapy"), through premium infrared sauna and cold plunge premium experiences. With 100 locations in the US, 150 open by the end of 2026, and hundreds more franchise licenses sold and rapid international expansion approaching, SWTHZ is the fastest growing recovery franchise business globally. SWTHZ is looking for a highly motivated Client Experience and Wellness Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about both health and wellness and maintaining a clean, safe space for our clients. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients enjoying our infrared sauna and cold plunge services, while also playing a critical role in ensuring our suites are cleaned and ready for use at all times (we cannot stress this enough!). This position requires an individual who can balance client-facing duties with intensive cleaning tasks, keeping up with a demanding pace while providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

Greet clients with warmth and professionalism as soon as they enter. Educate clients on the benefits of our services (infrared sauna and cold plunge) and assist them in booking appointments. Proactively build relationships, follow up with leads, and consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets while delivering a premium client experience. Ensure that each client feels well-cared for, addressing questions or concerns promptly and with expert knowledge. Provide personalized recommendations to clients based on their needs and wellness goals.

•Previous sales experience is required, with a proven ability to build relationships, confidently communicate value, and close sales.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Extensive cleaning is a core responsibility —you will spend a significant portion of your day ensuring that all suites are meticulously cleaned and sanitized after each use. This includes scrubbing, disinfecting, and preparing all areas to maintain the highest standards of hygiene. Perform quick turnovers between clients, ensuring that suites are spotless, restocked with necessary supplies (towels, products), and ready for the next guest. Keep up with the fast pace of cleaning multiple suites while balancing client interactions. Maintain equipment, ensuring all saunas, cold plunge tubs, and common areas are in excellent working order and cleaned according to safety standards.

Team Support:

Work closely with your team to ensure a smooth workflow and positive client experience. Communicate with management about any cleaning, equipment, or operational needs to ensure everything runs efficiently.

Safety and Compliance:

Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring all clients follow guidelines for using the sauna and cold plunge. Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a hygienic and safe environment for both staff and clients.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Comfort and ability to handle physical, fast-paced work —this role requires extensive cleaning, which can be physically demanding. High attention to detail, especially when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene in a wellness-focused setting. Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus. A passion for health and wellness, with interest or experience in infrared sauna, cold plunge, or contrast therapy. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment. Previous sales experience is required, with a proven ability to build relationships, confidently communicate value, and close sales. Why Join SWTHZ? Schedule and Shift:

we are looking for predictable, dependable scheduling. We are open 7AM-9PM M-F (with 30 minutes on either side for open/closing duties), and 7AM-7PM on Sat/Sun .

EVENING AVAILABILITY IS A MUST

At least 1 weekend shift availability is a must!
