Job Description

The Role - Amphenol Commercial Air is seeking a Customer Satisfaction Specialist to work out of its state-of-the-art facility in Sidney, NY. The Customer Satisfaction Specialist will ensure on-time delivery for critical customers by proactively resolving bottlenecks, coordinating cross-functionally on escalations, recovery schedules, and work transfers, and serve as the primary Operations point of contact for customer communication and satisfaction. The key responsibilities of the Customer Satisfaction Specialist include, but are not limited to: Ensure on time delivery for critical customers. Proactively identify bottlenecks or potential issues that would result in late deliveries. Works cross-functionally with Operations, Purchasing, Process Engineering, Quality, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to achieve customer satisfaction. Act as the Operations point of contact for customer escalations. Prepare and present milestones for recovery schedules or critical expedites. Work closely with the Customer Service team to monitor critical customer scorecards and understand the root causes impacting deliverables. Manage all required communications with customers on work transfer efforts. Coordinate product work transfers between Amphenol facilities and sub tiers while maintaining compliance with customer requirements.
