Overview We are a small shed/construction company looking to fill our front desk receptionists/sales position at our main location. Specifically, we are searching for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and confident to represent our company and assist in office duties. Responsibilities Develop and maintain customer relations in person, by phone, and through online social media sites. Help customers through the sales process and identify their wants/needs. Answering phone calls and responding to social media messages as needed. Basic housekeeping- keep a clean and organized space Collaborate with team members in office and across sales locations to achieve sales targets and share best practices. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our programs. Maintaining accurate records of inventory Represent county fairs/events as needed Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail required. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
