Your Role at Baxter The Technical Support Representative II position will analyze reported issues and followtroubleshooting guidelines, establish root causes, and identify resolutions. Additionally,this role will provide support to distributors and end users for Welch Allyn Physical Examproducts. Through excellent verbal and/or written communications, the Technical SupportRepresentative II will provide troubleshooting steps to help identify and resolve customerissues. What You'll be

Doing:

This position requires personnel to troubleshoot medical equipment, deployed in hospitals, clinics, doctor'soffices, pharmacies, and many other sales channels.

Agents primarily handle two types of issues, problemswith the medical device itself or problems the medical device transferring diagnostic and/or vital sign dataacross the client's network. This position supports Baxter's customers who operateone of the many medical devices it manufactures. This isa Tier I call center position working queue calls. This isnot a typical help desk position; this group does nottroubleshoot internal PC problems or standard desktopsoftware applications.

What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or GED required 3+ years of experience; 2+ years in a customer focusrole preferred Fluency in English The ability to understand and speak Spanish fluently isdesirable Proficient keyboard and digital literacy, includingfunctional knowledge of Excel and MS Word, orequivalent spreadsheet and word processingapplications Knowledge of SAP and similar order management andprocessing system Numerate and accurate, particularly in relation to data integrity Possess a positive attitude, sensitivity to customers'needs, enthusiasm and exceptional telephone andlistening skills Excellent analytical and process flow optimization skillsallowing for basic trouble shooting Baxter is committed to supporting the needs for flexibility in the workplace. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses and long-term incentive.
