CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
Sales Experience Preferred We are an established and growing service company located in Wading River, seeking a friendly, organized and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, texts and emails professionally Assist customers with questions and appointment scheduling Follow up with new leads and existing customers Explain available services and help convert inquiries into booked appointments Prepare and send estimates Maintain accurate customer records Coordinate appointments with technicians and office staff
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience required Sales experience strongly preferred Excellent phone, communication and follow-up skills Professional, dependable and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers, email and customer-management software Able to multitask in a busy office environment Call Exisiting clients HVAC, heating, plumbing or home-service experience is a plus
