Mobile Service Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking an outgoing, motivated, and customer-focused Mobile Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working independently, and driving business growth through exceptional service. The Mobile Service Coordinator will play a key role in expanding and maintaining long-term partnerships with local fleet businesses while promoting our mobile service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with fleet and commercial customers Actively prospect and engage new fleet accounts to grow mobile service business Coordinate and schedule mobile service appointments for fleet clients Serve as the primary point of contact for mobile service customers, ensuring a seamless experience Communicate service recommendations, timelines, and updates clearly and professionally Collaborate with service technicians and internal teams to ensure efficient operations Track customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction and retention Represent the dealership in a professional and positive manner at all times

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships Organized with strong time management skills Previous experience in automotive, sales, or customer service is preferred Familiarity with fleet services or commercial accounts is a plus
