What You'll Do As a Client Care Advisor, you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for clients, families, and Care Professionals from the very first interaction forward.
You will:
Meet with prospective clients and families to understand care needs and create personalized care plans Conduct Care Consultations with compassion, professionalism, and confidence Help families navigate difficult situations while providing reassurance, guidance, and solutions Build strong ongoing relationships with clients, families, and Care Professionals Conduct quality assurance visits and follow-up calls to ensure service excellence Collaborate closely with Scheduling, HR, and Leadership teams to support continuity of care Support and encourage Care Professionals through communication, coaching, and recognition Proactively resolve concerns and help create positive outcomes for clients and families Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to overall territory growth and client satisfaction What Makes Someone Successful in This Role We are looking for someone who: Leads with compassion and professionalism Communicates positively and confidently, even during challenges Is highly organized and adaptable in a fast-moving environment Builds relationships naturally and earns trust quickly Thinks in terms of solutions, not barriers Works collaboratively and values being part of a strong team Has experience in healthcare, home care, client services, case management, or relationship management (preferred) Why Home Instead?
