Type:

full-time The Complete Surgical Care Solution (CSCS) Representative serves as the first point of contact for members and their families, providing accurate information and exceptional service through inbound phone calls and email communication. This role supports the Member Care team by addressing member inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely escalation of concerns when needed. Through professionalism, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach, this position helps uphold CHM's mission while ensuring members feel informed, supported, and cared for.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary inbound contact for CSCS members and families, responding to phone and email inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Provide clear, accurate information regarding CSCS and the documentation or details required to support CHM processes. Verify, update, and maintain member information to ensure accuracy and completeness within internal systems. Assess member concerns and determine appropriate next steps, including escalation to leadership when necessary. Document interactions thoroughly and consistently to support continuity of service and internal collaboration. Support the Advantage Care team through administrative and operational assistance as needed. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while upholding CHM's mission, values, and customer service standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education High school diploma or equivalent required Experience Experience in a customer service, call center, healthcare, or administrative role preferred Medical or healthcare-related background a plus Familiarity with Advantage Care Solutions preferred but not required Technical & Job-Specific Skills Ability to operate a PC and navigate multiple information systems and applications Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Experience using routine office equipment (multi-line phones, printers, copiers, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email correspondence Physical & Work Requirements Ability to sit for prolonged periods while performing desk-based work Certifications None required About Christian Healthcare Ministries Founded in 1981, Christian Healthcare Ministries (CHM) is a health care sharing ministry for Christians.
