JEFF WYLER EASTGATE COLLISION CENTER IS ADDING TO OUR TEAM!
At Eastgate Collision Center, our Customer Service Representative is much more than the person sitting at the front desk. You are the face and voice of our collision center and play an important role in making sure our customers feel confident, informed, and cared for throughout the repair process. This Customer Service Representative position provides primary administrative support for the Body Shop Manager and department. Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
Screen and route written, electronic mail and telephone calls, both internal & external Set appointments, open and manage repair orders, create invoices and close them Create and manage files in our estimating system Update customers throughout the repair process Responsible for the Accounts Payables and Receivables for the department Answer multiple phone lines in a courteous and professional manner Greet customers as they enter the collision center Data entry Assist with other administrative duties as needed INDSJBR Requirements Strong verbal and communication skills Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Attention to detail Flexible hours Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Professional appearance a must Friendly and courtesy disposition Previous experience with CCC and Reynolds & Reynolds, preferred Experience in a dealership environment or Collision Center helpful but not mandatory
