Call Center Representative - in office Windows Direct USA / My Last Bath is one of the fastest growing brands in the remodeling industry. We are looking for quality people to join our winning team. Our goal is simple, to beautify windows, doors & bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable and maintenance remodeling fixtures. Thereby, we enrich the lives of those we touch. We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative at our Cincinnati, OH office. A qualified applicant will have excellent computer and communication skills, call center or inside sales experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends if needed, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues. Representatives must have a clear and friendly telephone voice. They are front-line employees for a company and strongly influence how customers feel about us.
