We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must have 1 year of sales experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills and customer service acumen within a fast-paced, innovative environment. Duties Handle inbound leads from the phone, website, or referral sources. Once all details of the customer's needs are collected you will provide accurate estimates. Perform phone and virtual home surveys with customers. Clearly and accurately communicate all customer's needs and expectations for their move to operations and move coordinators. Complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner (We use a leading edge CRM software to manage paperwork digitally) Work closely with operations and other Sales Consultants to coordinate moves. Tend to service issues, including those arising outside normal business hours. Maintain and create reports to track individual activity and productivity (e.g., closing statistics) Meet or exceed sales targets Work with referral partners. Including minimal 2 in person speaking engagements Attend minimal 3 local trade shows to market services Experience Proven experience in inside sales or customer service roles within home service or B2C sales. Valid Driver's license and clean driving record Demonstrate understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques Demonstrate the ability to consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful) Excellent oral and written comprehension and communication skills Understanding of and commitment to customer service and the Armbruster Moving & Storage core values Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively If you are looking for a career not a job I invite you to apply.
