Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Book Keeper/Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. This role combines essential bookkeeping responsibilities with exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth financial operations and positive client interactions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a passion for accuracy. Duties Manage daily bookkeeping tasks using accounting software (Quickbooks) including data entry and transaction recording Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger accounting to ensure financial accuracy Prepare and process journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions Assist with budgeting efforts and financial report writing to support management decision-making Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, processing orders, and resolving billing issues Support tax-related activities by maintaining accurate records for tax reporting and compliance Skills Proficiency in accounting QuickBooks software Strong understanding of corporate accounting and governmental accounting practices Knowledge of bookkeeping, debits & credits, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliation Experience with bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, accounts payable & receivable management, and payroll processing Familiarity with financial concepts including budgeting, financial report writing, and technical accounting standards Excellent organizational skills Exceptional communication skills for providing outstanding customer service and collaborating with team members Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to operational excellence! Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
