Pivot Staffing- a regional staffing firm in Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois- has doubled in size the past 12 months! Our HQ branch in Canton has more than tripled in size the last year and is our largest branch. As a result we are looking for two call center reps to work in our cozy recruiting office to further help our growth. Our call center recruiting reps will be a direct hire and work for Pivot in our office ... not one of our clients! We offer our call center reps:

• $16 to $20/hour
• Monthly bonuses between $400-$1,000 monthly

• Call candidates that posted their resume on Indeed who are interested in one of our clients' jobs. Call 40-50 daily.
• Conduct a thorough phone interview.
• Schedule an in-office interview with them to meet face to face with one of our Account Managers.
• Data entry inside of Indeed and our

CRM Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
