We are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team representing Mazda, Volkswagen, Volvo, and Mercedes-Benz. What You'll Do Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document vehicle needs Conduct vehicle walkarounds and identify recommended services Write detailed repair orders and communicate recommendations to customers Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Coordinate closely with Technicians, Service Management, Parts, and other departments Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed Present recommended maintenance and repair services Follow up with customers regarding declined or recommended services Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business Monitor repair order status and help ensure vehicles are completed on schedule Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership and manufacturer procedures Deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in through vehicle delivery What We're Looking For Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to explain automotive repairs and maintenance in an easy-to-understand manner Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively with Technicians and Service Management Sales-minded approach with a focus on customer needs Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
