Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative specializing in HVAC to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and in person. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build strong relationships with clients while ensuring their needs are met efficiently while processing and fulfilling customer orders thus creating the ultimate customer experience. This role also includes light to moderate warehouse work. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Duties Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries related to HVAC products and services Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving product or service issues while maintaining accurate records of such. Maintain accurate data entry of customer information, and interactions using Microsoft Office tools and internal systems Provide knowledgeable support on technical questions about HVAC equipment and accessories Light to moderate warehousing, forklift work and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Must obtain forklift certification within 6 month. Strong commitment to safety procedures and practices, both for employee and others. Skills Knowledge of HVAC products and services, including common HVAC systems and components, as well as being familiar with the specific HVAC equipment, parts and services Habegger offers. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and record keeping Problem solving - Ability to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during deliveries or within the warehouse environment. Time management - Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively. Ability to quickly lean new information and adapt to new technologies. Customer service principles and best practices: Understanding how to effectively interact with customers, resolve issues and provide a positive experience. Adaptability, active listening, interpersonal, and technical skills are required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
