Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a 3-month contract assignment. This role will support day-to-day customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and help ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chatResolve customer issues related to orders, accounts, billing, or service requestsDocument interactions accurately in the company systemEscalate complex issues to the appropriate department as neededProcess orders, updates, returns, or account changesMaintain a high level of professionalism and customer careMeet response time, quality, and service goalsAssist with administrative or departmental support tasks as needed
