Account Service Representative DHPP, a custom plastics manufacturing company in Dover, Ohio, is looking for an Account Service Representative to join our team. Role:

As an Account Service Representative, you'll serve as the main point of contact between our customers and our shop floor — managing orders, answering questions, and making sure our customers get accurate information and timely updates on their parts.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, handling day-to-day communication Process customer orders, quotes, and purchase orders accurately and efficiently Track order status and proactively communicate updates, lead times, or delays to customers Coordinate with production, scheduling, and shipping to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time Resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally Maintain accurate records in our system (Epicor experience a plus) Support pricing, invoicing, and general account maintenance as needed

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities at once Customer service or account management experience preferred Manufacturing, plastics, or industrial industry experience a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); Epicor experience a plus Team player with a positive, can-do attitude This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of client engagement while developing your skills in project management, relationship building, and data analysis within a vibrant team environment.
