Serving as a key point of contact, this role requires a balance of problem-solving, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Essential Job Functions Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests warmly.

Stay informed on:

check-in/check-out processes Monitor guest requests and follow up promptly per property standards. Ensure express check-ins and guest mail are handled according to procedure. Escort guests to rooms when needed, explain features, and provide hotel/tourism information. Contact new arrivals within the required timeframe to confirm satisfaction and resolve concerns. Experience & Education High school diploma or equivalent required Prior hospitality experience preeferred Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, and PEP or similar property management system preferred Job Requirements U.S. citizen or valid work authorization Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (written and verbal) Professional appearance and demeanor Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Committed to teamwork, guest satisfaction, and delivering exceptional experiences Working Conditions Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. (with assistance) Frequent hand/arm movements; occasional bending, kneeling, squatting, or climbing stairs
