Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all customer interactions. Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Continuous learner mindset. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or GED Residency within 50 miles of the AEP office
